First beach day of 2015!  The weather is spot on in Florida right now, a cool 80 degrees with minimal clouds and the sunny sun shining bright!
I am so happy for the new year, not really for any thing in particular I can just feel its going to be a very productive year for everyone!  Ian really excited to continue blogging and will be focusing more on the beach life and my travels(even if it is not that many, its quality over quantity).

Last post from my beach house staycation! As I have said before the sunsets in my home town are magical, always! If I could watch them every night I would, but sometimes life gets in the way of that.  The sky is so magical and so is the sun, to me the best part is not the actual sun setting its the entire sky around it.  every time I turn around every section of the sky is a different color and is changing as the minutes pass by, and it is astonishingly breathtaking. 

Also here is a little sunset magic in the photographs for your Monday blues.

PilottoTuesday

I decided to wear my Pilotto today! I love love love this crop top, especially with this high waisted skirt!  It is my favorite combo of black and white with a little twist with the design! Here in Florida, crop tops are actually appropriate because it is really hot, however there is a classy way to do it!   I have seen people wear crop tops with low waisted skirts or shorts and it looks beyond trashy.  I like this version because I only show a 2-3 inch span of the top of my abdomen that is the slimmest part, this gives for a more over all flattering look for your physique.

Woke up early this morning and hit my local Super Target! I was less intrested in the actual wardrobe due to the fact that I don't have a need for clothes like that.  I purchased the crop rash gard and the swim suit. I stuck with black and white because quite frankly that's my favorite combination and my target only carried this combination in the swim suit. 

Peter Pilotto is so magical in their designs  whether  it's the patterns or the lines of the wardrobe.

KeyWest

I was blessed to be able to cap off 2013 in one of my favorite places, Key West, Florida.  Only a mere 7 hour drive from where I reside but this time I was able to cruise there via the Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship.  The water on this island is absolutely perfect, almost all year round!  There was not a whole lot of time so we just strolled Duval Street and did some drinking and some shopping!

Miami: NightLife

Night life in Miami is crazy, however I am not that crazy so we kept it simple and fun!  We strolled through Biscayne Park and then headed to the Bay Front mall for some grub at Bubba Gump Shrimp, which was amazing! they had such good customer service and the food and drinks were impeccable!

C'estLaVie!

Played downtown Sarasota with my best friend Aubrey who was in town from Orlando and had a random photo shoot in front of these cute little restaurants which are closed for the night and in the middle of the street.  Where we live in Sarasota is really so pretty and its taken for granted all the time, so every once in a while its nice to just embrace its "sarasota-ness" and play around. Also pulled a Miley on a street pole, however I am a fan of Miley and she will always be rad and my book, so if you have nothing nice to say, keep it to yourself.

Empire State of Style

Went to the nicest steak house called Keens in NYC and then did a night viewing from the top of the Empire State building.  No matter how many times you go to the top, it never seems real how massive that city feels but from all the way up there you can see the rivers that surround it and how little everything seems.
