DistrictOfColumbia:1

My mother was born and raised in Virginia, seeing as she has not visited her home town in many years my mother and I opted to take a little weekend trip to D.C. and stayed with her long time friend!  I love basically all cities and I like to experience everything as much as I can I was very enthusiastic about this trip!  This day we flew into D.C. and made our way to The Mall where Capitol Hill and the Washington Monument are located. We mosied around the sculpture garden before making our way to a museum.  Instead of visiting all the museums and save some time we just went to the US Botanic Garden.  This place was fantastic it gave you a view of so many types of plants and flowers!  I have always been a amateur horticulturist so this was lovely, I highly recommend it! also all of the museums, short of a few privately owned ones, are free of charge which is a huge money saver when there are so many to visit in such a short distance!
At night we went out to a Belgium restaurant which was very different and in retrospect a nice place to try but not suited for my taste buds!

More to come on my D.C. trip! and I would like to apologize in advance, many of my outfits are null due to the fact that it was too cold for this Florida gal that I had to cover my self up with the warmest coat I owned.

ParaMORE

Went to my favorite bands, first concert in Orlando since the last time I have seen them in concert, almost 3 years ago.  Between Haley, Taylor and Jeremy there is so much talent and seem to have worked together in a way that put on the most magical show I have been to in a while.  Lighting can make or break a show from my experience and the lighting was spot on last night! the balloons the confetti and the choir and the set list, all so dreamy!

PumpkPatch

Today my boyfriend Patrick and I, went to a local Pumpkin Patch mainly to go to the petting zoo and pick out a pumpkin!  Firstly I love petting zoo's they are so awesome you literally just get to feed cute animals that you never get to see on a day to day basis. Also I love pumpkin patches there is something about all that orange and  goofy shapes that warms my heart, October is truly my favorite time of the year!  Hope everyone has a fantastic October and Halloween if you celebrate!

DoggyBonesRun

This weekend I participated in a 5K and a 1 mile walk for the same rescue group that I got my dog Rylie at! Me and a coworker/ friend of mine did the walk, as it was hotter then Hati and running a 5K was deadly, for my non-long distance runner self.  I really enjoy participating in community events like runs and especially when it's for rescue groups and organizations, especially when you can see the money being invested in the better care of animals!
It meant so much to be a part of this event!

Went to Tallahassee this past weekend and while it isn't my favorite place, to say the least, it was enjoyable. My two best friends Shannon and Theresa live up there and it's always a good time one way or another! If you like hills, smokey bars this is the place for you.
